This verse says that he will establish his people. The verses before this one tells of the process that needs to happen in order to establish his people. What it comes down to is what you and I are willing to do to be part of his covenant people. This is something that you can reflect on. The sacrament is a good time to think about what you are doing to keep your covenants or what you are doing to work towards making covenants with the Lord.
