We are often told to remember. Because Shez remembered the destruction of his fathers, what did he do?

What did Riplakish do to those who did not pay their taxes?

I find this verse interesting. Morianton did do justice to his people, but the problem was not doing justice to himself, or in other words he sinned. What did the Lord do because of this?
