This verse talks about the tender mercies of the Lord. If you have faith, the Lord will make you mighty and deliver you from your temptations and afflictions. They will be different than the ones that Lehi experienced, but his promise is for you. Don’t write anything down, but just think about a time when you were struggling with something and the Lord, with his tender mercies, helped you.
